Cumultec at the First-Ever Salesforce Summit Baltics in Vilnius

On 20 October 2026, the Baltic Salesforce community finally got a summit of its own. Salesforce Summit Baltics, held at the Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva in Vilnius, was the first official Salesforce Summit for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Cumultec was proud to support the event as a Gold Sponsor Partner, and our Founder & CEO Juri Duško took the stage twice.

It mattered to have customers, partners and Salesforce experts from all three Baltic countries in one room.

Cumultec on stage

Juri Duško, Cumultec’s Founder & CEO, joined two afternoon sessions back to back.

From Vision to Value: How to Prepare for and Lead Digital Transformation

Juri Duško talking at the panel From Vision to Value: How to Prepare for and Lead Digital TransformationIn this session, Juri sat on a panel of Salesforce implementation partners with other Salesforce partners, alongside Krzysztof Augustynowicz from Salesforce. The panel looked at how partners approach transformation from preparation to delivery: the process they follow, the lessons learned along the way, and what it takes to turn a vision into lasting value.

Data-Driven Sales and Marketing Automation

Data-Driven Sales and Marketing Automation panel with Juri Duško, Svitlana Vereschagina (Bolt) and Jens-Kaidar Liiu (Telia Estonia)Straight after, Juri moved to the keynote stage with Jens-Kaidar Liiu (Marketing Automation Expert, Telia) and Svitlana Vereschagina (Head of Commercial Enablement, Bolt Food). The session explored how Telia took its digital marketing to the next level with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and how Bolt Food reshaped its sales around data-driven decisions.

For us, the pairing of these two sessions captured the day well: one about how transformation is led, the other about what it looks like once data, sales and marketing actually work together.

Our takeaways

  1. Agentic AI has moved from vision to delivery. Several sessions showed that the conversation is now about getting agents into production, not whether to try them.
  2. Data comes first. Data 360, MuleSoft, Informatica and data governance appeared across keynotes, breakouts and workshops. Agents are only as useful as the data and integrations behind them.
  3. The interface is changing. Claude inside Agentforce and Slack connected to business systems via MCP point to a CRM people talk to, not just click through.
